Appointment Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting other clients’ sessions. For specific details about fees related to cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy and Fee

Buffalo Aesthetics requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us the opportunity to offer the time to other clients and to respect our providers’ time. If you cancel or fail to show up within 24 hours, a $50 fee will be charged to the card on file.

To ensure the best experience and availability for your hair transplant procedure, we kindly request notification at least 7 business days prior to any cancellations or rescheduling. Please note that deposits will be forfeited if the notice period is not met.

If a client has missed or canceled appointments three times, future appointments will require full prepayment at the time of booking the appointment. The prepayment will not be refundable if the cancellation policy is violated.

We respect your time, and we kindly ask you to respect the time of our highly skilled providers. We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to provide the highest quality of services for you and other clients.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to abide by our cancellation/no-show policy.

Refund Policy

At Buffalo Aesthetics, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. Aesthetic results can vary depending on the individual, and while we aim for optimal outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve their desired appearance.

Retail Purchases: We do not provide refunds on products. However, defective items may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days of purchase.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Children Policy

We kindly ask that you make alternate childcare arrangements for the time of your appointment. This ensures the safety of you, your child, and our medical providers as they operate surgical tools with precision and focus.

Pet Policy

Please leave pets at home during your visit to Buffalo Aesthetics. For health and safety reasons, pets (excluding service animals) are not permitted. If you arrive with a non-service pet, you will be asked to remove your pet from the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful and safe environment for all.
